The parties shall select a mutually agreeable arbitrator, or one will be appointed by the AAA if no agreement is reached.

Changes to This Agreement

Proprietor reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time without notice. Continued use of the Website after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Severability

If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between User and Proprietor regarding the use of this Website and supersedes any prior agreements or communications. A printed version of this Agreement is admissible in any legal proceedings to the same extent as other business documents.
